Perudo, (Dice of the Andes), is an ancient Peruvian dice game that requires skillful guesswork, bluff, and luck. It is essentially a South American version of
Liar's Dice, the classic bluffing game! Players roll their dice while concealing the results, and offer ever-rising bids on how often a certain number appears on the table. The last player who still has dice is the winner.
This striking edition includes components that resemble the South American artwork motif! The colorful plastic cups contain an embossed design of a llama, while the words "Perudo" are inscribed around the cups, keeping with the native flavor. Even the Perudo dice bag resembles the native art. While the artwork is not authentic, it does add an nice ambience to the game, paying homage to the game's origin.
