The River II is a mini-expansion set for the
Carcassonne games. It contains twelve river tiles and may played with the first river expansion. Players will lay down the river tiles first, before placing other tiles. Followers (or Meeples), may not be placed on river segments, however the player who lays down the tile containing the lake/volcano tile may immediately place the starting "normal" tile (from the
Carcassonne game). That player may also set his or her first follower immediately on the starting tile as well. Adds a nice visual effect to the over all landscape!
